About
The University is embarking on an ambitious and far reaching project to transform the way we administer, utilise and manage student information and deliver high quality services to students.
The procurement and implementation of a new Student Information System will provide a great opportunity to ensure that our student systems and administrative processes are fit for purpose to support the student lifecycle from enquiry through to graduation and beyond.

Participation
Key to the success of the project is your continued involvement. This will ensure that we deliver solutions which meet the needs of prospective and current students and academic and support staff whilst supporting our learning and teaching and research objectives.

Procurement and consultation

Detailed discussions are well under way with the three short listed suppliers. A range of staff have participated in workshops and presentations with each of the suppliers. Feedback was gathered and given to the suppliers to allow them to prepare for more focused discussions. The suppliers will deliver open demonstrations of their solutions to as wide an audience as possible during May. You, and your colleagues, are invited to attend.

Further information
Throughout the project we will keep you informed on progress and how you can contribute.
