The Learning and Technology Unit runs a variety of workshops throughout the academic year. 

Workshop Summaries

Moodle introduction

Open Sessions for staff in 2008/2009 are available with a variety of dates.  These sessions are for members of staff who wish to develop course materials in Moodle. Sessions will introduce staff to the Moodle environment and illustrate the basics of creating course content.

Quiz and lesson activities

These workshops are for staff interested in using the quiz and lesson activities within Moodle.

Innovative learning and teaching with technology

Multimedia and E-learning: These workshops are for staff interested in exploring creative teaching methods, with specific reference and discussion surrounding the recording of lectures (video and audio).
