One outcome of the University's Information Strategy was the formation of the CERT Team, responsible for Information Security within the University. The need for system and network security has become a very prevalent issue within the digital community. Over the last few years there has been a steady increase in the number of incidents relating to computer crime. On the CERT web site you will find information and advice on many aspects of computer security.
