About ITTS

IT Training for Students (ITTS) offers a range of courses enabling every student to achieve the University of Glasgow IT Baseline and to go beyond the baseline with enhancement units.

All courses are open to all students and are free of charge.

IT Baseline

The IT Baseline is the recommended level of IT competence required for effective study. Attainment of the IT Baseline is marked by the award of the Certificate of Basic IT Competence.

Beyond the baseline - Enhancement units

We also offers a range of Enhancement units taking students beyond the IT Baseline, such as Dissertation Layout, Powerpoint Presentation, Advanced Excel etc.
