Corporate Projects

There are a number of corporate projects underway within the University.  Each of these projects has a designated Project Manager who reports to a Project Board.  The Information Policy and Strategy Committee (IPSC) Programme Board has overall responsibility for all corporate projects (for more details on the IPSC Programme Board click here). 

All project boards submit a status report to the IPSC Programme Board every 2 months, and where required they also complete an Exception Report.  Each project varies in its complexity and in the timeframe in which it will be completed.
