Physical Resources

The Physical Resources System used in the University can be interrogated by authorised members of staff.

Extracting information from the system can be accomplished through use of the BI/Query report generator which can be run on a PC or a Apple Macintosh (see BI/Query for further details).

Various information can be obtained from the system including: room usage and room dimensions and occupancy.

Quemis Launcher is also avaliable for download and also the documentation is avaliable in PDF or word format. .

Access to the Physical Resources System to retrieve information can be obtained by completing an application form. To obtain a copy contact Jennifer Burnett , MIS at extension 4436.

Applications must be approved by Estates & Buildings in order to gain access.
