Probation for Academic Staff
The Appointing Committee decides whether Lecturing/ Teaching Staff should complete a probationary period and how long this will be. Normally the period will be 3 years unless a member of staff does not have much research experience and in these cases, the period will be 4 years.

- Year 3 - 27th March 2009
- Year 2 - 24th April 2009
- Year 1 - 8th May 2009
OBJECTIVE AND REPORT FORMS SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY THE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT, NOT THE PROBATIONARY LECTURER/TEACHER
