The Job:
We do not prescribe a career path for you.  We offer all graduates responsibility and outstanding technical and leadership training academies.  This training and job experience will prepare graduates for a career within any of our eight Divisions.  The majority of our graduate roles are field based, allowing new employees to learn about our products and services first hand.  Onshore or Offshore, our employees will be exposed to different environments. IAESTE - THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE EXCHANGE OF STUDENTS FOR TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
IAESTE UK offers the opportunity to gain course-related work experience on the international stage. Placements are available for undergraduates studying Science, Engineering and the Applied Arts in over 85 member countries all around the world.

All traineeships are paid and normally last 8-12 weeks over the summer months, although longer term ones are sometimes available. Each country also offers a social programme that allows you to meet other trainees from all over the world and take part in cultural activities.

First year students are not eligible to apply.

Institute of Physics & Engineering in Medicine
The Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM) is the professional organisation for physicists, engineers and technologists with an interest in medicine and related biological sciences. 

IPEM has over 3300 members throughout the world.

Our main activities include the organisation of scientific meetings, publications of scientific reports and internationally recognised journals and a free job placement circular. 

IPEM oversees a training scheme for students on behalf of the NHS, a voluntary register for technologists and a continuous professional development programme for all its members.

SUPA is the Scottish Universities Physics Alliance. It is a research alliance between the physics and astronomy departments of Scottish universities, currently including:
