Law for All Times: Essays in Memory of David Daube

This volume of essays, edited by Ernest Metzger, was published in 2004 following a highly successful public lecture on 2 November 2001 by Lord Rodger of Earlsferry.  The lecture, one in a series sponsored by the international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna, took place at the University of Aberdeen, and was followed by a Civil Law Colloquium.  Lord Rodger's address and the papers from the colloquium are included in the volume. For the convenience of readers who may not wish to download and print off the individual items, the volume was reprinted in 2009 and is available on Amazon for USD 12.
